공원 3가지 문제 / 가장 큰 문제는 재활용 관련 / 뉴스를 봤는데, 캠페인 소용X / 한강 가봄? ..가면.. / 해결방법 ?

There are tons of problem when we go to the park. Sometimes there are people walking a dog without a leash or people drinking and making noise or public restroom is often dirty. But among them the biggest problem would definitely be recycling issue.

Recently I watched a news related to the issue. It was about Han River Park which is the most famous park in Seoul. The news said, there is a sign with the letter written as "Do not litter," in the park but there are many people just throwing trash away on the ground. There have been various types of campaign about littering and also a fine of approximately 100 thousand won, but all of them seem to be useless.

Have you ever been there Han-River Park? If you go there, you can see trash rolling on the ground, many cleaners picking up trash with their tongs every day. And you can see also delivery zone in the park. Many people deliver the food like some pizza or coke, then they leave the garbage as it is and go back. I mean garbage such as beer cans, plastic bottles, snack bags on the mat. Even there are recycling bins for glass, paper, plastic, bottle and can, but you can see easily there is a lot of trash piled up next to bins.

Do you have any good idea how to solve this problem?

For the sake of other people who come to the park, this cannot be allowed to go on. As I think if this situation continues, I think the government should implement stricter fines or eliminate delivery zones. But it's even more important that people do NOT litter on their own. It is a problem that cannot be solved by regulation alone. I hope that if you visit there, next time, you can see a clean park without garbage.

As a cellphone became popular from 10 years ago, there have been many problems with it.

The first is about phone addiction. Last week I visited a department store. At the food court I saw a family. They were eating dinner there. But the kid continued to see a smartphone while he was eating meal. The kid kept the same face and posture, and barely blinked. The parents were feeding the child only looking at the smartphone. When the child finished eating, the mother took the phone from him. Then the kid suddenly began to cry and begged for his phone again. The kid looked only about four years old, but as I think he was already addicted to a smartphone.

I heard that electronic devices like a smartphone have a bad effect on children's brain development. In some countries, if parents show their cell phone to a child, parents will be fined. Cell phone addiction among young children is becoming a big social problem. If I have children later on, I should educate my children not to be addicted to smartphones.

Another problem with cell phones is voice phishing. It's not that hard to find someone who's been voice phishing around. I also sometimes get voice phishing calls when I work at a company. Normally I get a voice phishing call about twice a year, and I got a call last month. The person who called said it was the prosecutor's office and told me to go to the bank right away and transfer my money. Have you ever received a call like that? Usually, the way they talk is strange, so even if you get a call you can notice it right away. But as time goes by, the methods become more and more diverse. For example, they said your child has an accident or need a money for a deposit urgently. I'm afraid my parents are going to get a voice phishing call.

The best part of online shopping for me is that I can compare prices. You can buy clothes in various places, for example department store, outlet, pop up store etc. Each place offers different prices even if they are all the same clothes. Imagine that you go shopping actually, could you look around all of them only in a day? It would be impossible. But if you shop online, you can find a website that sells the lowest prices in a short time. Because if you use search engine, you can sort the products by prices easily.

There is a bad memory about this. I visited outlet last weekend. As you know there are always promotion or discount events because it literally is outlet. So, I was sure the products there would be the cheapest. I picked out a pair of pants and came back home. And while searching the Internet, I realized that I paid a lot of money to buy clothes at the outlet. So I was frustrated and I thought I should search in advance before I go shopping next time.
